We are doing a project in Theory of Product Design called "Adopt a Designer". We were each assigned an industrial designer and are required to write a paper and present about them. I got Ayse Birsel. I have gotten to know her quite well over the past week and she is a remarkable designer. The industrial design field is only 20% female, which makes Birsel even more inspiring.
