Today I had the worst case of spring fever. I had the kind where you dress like it is spring and hope that the weather follows suit. It did not turn out quite as well as I planned. Despite my clothing choice, my shoes were perfect. Steve Madden's Katchy Black Flats are great for spring fever or winter blues. They can be dressy or casual, plus they come in four colors!
